Information collected

christo.io may collect contact details, organisation details, mobile verification information, matter type, urgency and non-confidential context provided through a secure-channel request.

Storage and verification

Secure-channel intake requests may be stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database for review, verification and follow-up. During pilot mode, one-time verification codes may be displayed in-browser for testing before SMS or another delivery provider is connected.

How information is used

Information is used to verify requesters, assess relevance, triage the matter, open an appropriate channel and provide advisory services if an engagement proceeds.

What not to submit

Do not submit passwords, credentials, seed phrases, private keys, exploit details, confidential technical material or regulated client data through public request pages.

Disclosure

Where a matter requires specialist input, information may be shared with trusted specialists within the Christo group or its private advisory network, subject to appropriate confidentiality and need-to-know controls.
